Planning
- Coordinate and schedule the work of Design Professionals related to the working drawing
- Prepare the building permit application and the packet for submittal to the local jurisdictions
- Act as a Liaison with the Building/Planning/Public Works and other necessary Departments within the local jurisdiction
- During the Plan Check Process - Coordinate the responses from the local jurisdiction with the appropriate design professionals to address their requests for modifications
